As Vice President at NAVIGATE, I partner with owners and nonprofit leaders to strengthen their financial operations and make confident strategic decisions.

Before joining NAVIGATE, I spent more than 11 years in corporate leadership with a national healthcare organization,where I led strategic initiatives across finance, strategy, operations, product management, and business analysis, while supporting multiple mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations.

I joined NAVIGATE because I wanted to work more closely with business owners and nonprofit leaders as they grow, navigate change, and achieve their vision. I take pride in earning my clients' trust, leading with integrity, and continually striving to improve.

I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Florida. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two sons, and our extended family & friends. We love being on the water, traveling, and making the most of every opportunity to have fun together.
