Chris O’Connor is a Consulting CFO. Before joining Navigate CFO Services, Chris held senior finance leadership roles where he led financial transformation initiatives, operational restructuring, capital raises, ERP implementations, and financial performance improvements. His career has also included international leadership experience across Australia, Germany, and the United States. This diverse background allows him to bring strategic insight, operational discipline, and a global perspective to the clients he serves.

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration and Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Outside of NAVIGATE, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, supporting youth athletics, and contributing to community and nonprofit initiatives.
