Kristina Sidoti

Vice President

Kristina is Vice President of the NAVIGATE CFO Services team. Before joining the Navigate team, she spent over 12 years in finance, accounting and auditing roles at firms serving both public and private companies of various sizes across a variety of industries. Kristina’s expertise enables her to drive strategic financial oversight and operational excellence, navigating risk while enhancing profitability and fueling sustainable business growth.

Kristina graduated from the University of North Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, then later a Master of Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Outside of Navigate, Kristina remains actively engaged in the Jacksonville community, having served on the boards of the University of North Florida Alumni Association and Rethreaded. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and three young daughters.
