Lauren Schodowski

Accounting Manager

Lauren Schodowski is Accounting Manager. Before joining Navigate CFO Services, she spent nearly a decade in progressive accounting roles across the nonprofit, healthcare data archiving, and global talent solutions industries, advancing into senior-level positions. Her diverse experience allows her to provide thoughtful financial oversight, maintain strong internal controls, and support clients with accuracy, integrity, and strategic insight.

Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Outside of Navigate, Lauren serves as a Management Department Advisory Board Member for Mizzou and volunteers with the local United Way’s Accounting Committee. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, Zoe. As a family, they love visiting the beach and the zoo, trying new restaurants, baking, and exploring Jacksonville together.
