As a finance and business leader with more than 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping companies grow with strategic financial guidance, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making. My experience spans founder-led startups, high-growth organizations, and large corporate environments, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities businesses face at every stage of growth.

As Partner and Chief Navigator, I lead the NAVIGATE CFO Services team, where we help businesses strengthen financial operations, improve reporting and analytics, and develop strategies that support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Prior to NAVIGATE, I served in executive finance leadership roles supporting mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale business expansion initiatives.

I believe strong financial leadership goes beyond numbers - it’s about building trust, developing people, and helping organizations confidently navigate change and opportunity.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, community involvement, and spending time with my family. I’m also an avid runner, marathon finisher, and lifelong sports enthusiast.
