Michelle is the Founding Partner of NAVIGATE CFO Services. With over 20 years of accounting and finance leadership experience spanning businesses of all sizes, from founder-led startups to corporate entities, she brings a comprehensive perspective.

Michelle was recognized as a 2021 Ultimate Finance Executive by the Jacksonville Business Journal. Prior to Harbor View, Michelle served as Vice President of Finance at One Call Care Management in Jacksonville, where her financial leadership on a series of successful mergers and acquisitions significantly expanded the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Information Systems and Management from The Ohio State University.

Beyond her professional life, Michelle is a dedicated runner, having completed 7 marathons, and is a past president of the Florida Striders Track Club. She's also a big sports enthusiast, particularly enjoying Jacksonville Jaguars Football. Michelle is committed to her community, actively working with various non-profit organizations, and cherishes time with her husband and children.
